The coalescing separation filter is made of high-quality materials and durable. It has a durable stainless steel housing that resists corrosion and provides excellent protection in harsh operating conditions. The filter's advanced coalescing technology efficiently removes aerosols, oil and other harmful particles from the airstream, ensuring output is clean, dry and free of contaminants.
Coalescing separation filters are capable of handling large volumes of gas, making them ideal for a wide range of industrial applications. Whether you work in manufacturing, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, or any other industry that involves gas handling, this filter can help you achieve the best results.
What sets the coalescing separation filter apart from other filters on the market is its ability to provide continuous filtration without the need for regular maintenance. With its advanced design, the filter is capable of capturing up to 99.99% of contaminants, ensuring your airflow remains clean and pure at all times.
Coalescing separation filters are also very simple to install and operate. Its compact design and user-friendly interface make it ideal for use in any environment, whether you are working in a large industrial facility or a small operation. With their innovative features and reliable performance, coalescing separation filters are a must-have for any business that relies on clean, pure airflow.
Coalescence separation filter
Coalescence separation filter is mainly designed for liquid-liquid separation. It consists of two kinds of filter elements: polymer filter element and separation filter element. For example, in the oil water removal system, after the oil flows into the coalescing separation filter, it first flows through the coalescing filter element, which filters the solid impurities and forms the tiny water droplets into large water droplets. Most of the agglomerated water droplets can be removed from the oil-water separation by self weight and settled into the sink. Then, the clean oil flows through the separation filter element, which has great lipophilicity and hydrophobicity
working principle
The oil flows into the first stage tray from the oil inlet of the coalescence separation filter, and then flows into the first-stage filter element. After filtering, demulsification, water molecule growth and coalescence, impurities are trapped in the first stage filter element, and the coalesced water drops settle in the sink. The oil enters the second stage filter element from the outside to the inside, collects in the second stage tray, and flows out from the coalescence separation filter outlet. The hydrophobic material of the secondary filter element enables the oil to pass through it smoothly, and the free water is blocked outside the filter element, flows into the sink, and is flow out through the drain valve
