Product features

The primary filter is mainly suitable for pre-filtration of air conditioning and ventilation system, return air filtration of clean room and pre-filtration of local high efficiency filtration device,It is mainly used to filter dust particles with particles above 5 microns.The primary filter mainly has three types: plate type, dense fold type and bag type. The outer frame materials include paper, aluminum, cold plate, plastic spray, galvanized sheet and stainless steel plate. The filter materials include non-woven fabric, chemical fiber, glass fiber, etc., the filter particle size is 5-10 micron, and the filter efficiency is 35%-95% (weighting method).
Mid-efficient filter is mainly used in central air conditioning and central air supply system.It can be used for primary filtration of air conditioning system to protect the next level of filter in the system and the system itself. In places where the air purification degree is not strictly required, the air processed by the medium-effect filter can be directly sent to the user.The frame of the medium-effect bag filter is in the form of cold plate spray, galvanized sheet, etc., the filter material is non-woven cloth, glass fiber, etc., the filter particle size is 1~5 micron, the filter efficiency is 60~95% (colorimetric method)
